Presbytery Roundtables on Recovery and Resilience:

As we enter a full second year of recovery after Hurricane Helene, we’re taking a Presbytery-wide look at how all churches in our Presbytery can become more engaged in both the long-term recovery AND in preparedness actions for future risks – not just from hurricanes and floods, but also wildfires, pandemics, and more.

There will be a series of 'neighborhood' conversations during February to learn about the different opportunities in the current recovery, including grants and partnerships, explore ways this can help boost existing ministry and mission work, as well as training opportunities and information to participate in preparedness and resilience-building – for your church and your community.

PLEASE plan to send leaders and interested members to one of these meetings. And please send an RSVP to awaple@presbyterywnc.org with the subject line – PWNC Recovery Roundtables.
